The light filled living area holds an integrated lounge and dining area, furnished with modern décor, that adjoins a chic open plan kitchen fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, and a dishwasher interacts with the lounge and dining room. All these areas overlook the harbour area. A practical breakfast counter positioned next to a glass sliding door that opens out onto a covered patio, complete with a gas braai, offers seating for 4 adding to the apartment’s relaxed and social atmosphere.

Both bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. One bedroom furnished with a Queen size bed has a modernised bathroom with both a bath and a shower and opens out onto an elevated outdoor balcony area that offers views of the harbour.
