As an independent, and relatively new brand, the Local Real Estate team recently celebrated our first full calendar year in business. Together with several Attorney and Mortgage Originator partners, the colourful event was an opportunity to celebrate a number of individual and team achievements and reflect on what has been a fairly rapid rise to becoming a market leader on the North Coast and an up-and-coming force in the KZN Midlands.
Despite a number of challenges during the year, including the significant flooding witnessed through KZN, 2023 was a year of building and growth in a number of areas for both the Sales and Rental team. One of the key focus areas for the team was to establish and grow engagement with the exciting new Brand and encourage our team to embrace the brand purpose and put their own stamp on the platform that had been set. It has been rewarding to watch the brand evolve and attract significant attention and traction.
The Brand's growth is none more evident than when looking at various metrics across all social media and digital platforms. Our Marketing team has been hard at work creating engaging content but also experimenting and analyzing data to better understand the habits and interests of differing target markets. What is clear is that Local Real Estate has made a splash and fast becoming a well followed and respected brand to back up the superb sales and rental results we have managed to garner in a short period. Success comes from doing things differently, and Local Real Estate’s marketing campaigns are doing just this.
The metrics show that:
· The Local TV platform, a unique showcase of communities, people and local area destinations has received 229 502 000 views on Instagram and Facebook
· Our social media platforms had a reach of 1.49 million people
· Our properties on Property24 had 1.71 million views and
· The Local Marketing Newsletter and collective team emails were read by 111 900 people.
These impressive marketing results and a brand gaining such good traction, is a result of a number of factors. However, our dedicated Digital Marketing team's impact cannot be understated. It has been said that you "can't expect, what you don't inspect" and our team has been hard at work continually analysing and measuring market needs, interests, and results, in order to tailor marketing activities and content to our diverse and growing target markets. This attention to detail and expertise is one of the key factors setting Local Real Estate's marketing efforts apart.
