Although Local Real Estate is considered a relatively “new kid on the block”, the extensive property knowledge, plus the comprehensive experience of the Local Real Estate sales, rental and administrative teams collectively, totals well over a hundred years of know-how. This impressive integer definitely nullifies this “newbie” perception.

Exceptional sales and rental successes have been achieved during the inception year of Local Real Estate which have unquestionably been made possible by leveraging off the many years of experience, as well as the well-established client relationships that this team has accumulated.

Local Real Estate is headed up by Tim Johnson, who had been a licensee of a prominent national brand for nearly 10 years, and Graham White, a top performing Property Practitioner both nationally and regionally for many consecutive years. When Tim and Graham decided to embark upon the move from a well-known brand to an independent agency, their approach was to be igniters of change, innovation and culture. This was to ensure that Local Real Estate would be people centred, with tailor-made training and mentorship programmes, innovative remuneration and rewards structures, a highly skilled administrative and support team, and a world class marketing team to deliver effective and innovative solutions for the diverse markets they would operate in. In addition, the aim was to conduct business with a view that the company only succeeds, when it adds value to the clients and communities they serve.
