Stephanie secured a Sole Mandate and working with the Simbithi team, the property sold within 5 hours on the same day it was listed. The second sale was for a freestanding home in Ballito. This recently renovated home had been on the market for 3 months and once Stephanie secured a Sole Mandate, she sold this home within 7 days.
